1. Imagine you've received a new referral to assess a new student/client from a racial/ethnic group different than your own. ED: 8-year-old with a suspected language disorder.
   1. Using your (developing) conceptual framework, identify which theoretical position will guide your practice with a new referral.
   2. Using the Cultural Growth Profile steps and your conceptual framework, discuss the new referral.
2. Using the steps on the CGP and your conceptual framework, discuss a current patient/client/student on your caseload from a racially/ethically diverse group. 
3. Discuss the Cultural Growth Profile (CGP) and Pathway of Responsive Sustainable Engagement (PRSE)  and where you feel the most comfortable right now.
4. Discuss ideas of how you would move from your current level up one or two levels on the CGP and/or through the PRSE.
