At a high level, what is cyber defense?

the method of removing sensitive information from external communications and controlling who has access to it

a method of ensuring that internal systems cannot be accessed outside of normal office hours

a way to ensure there is a sufficient number of firewalls installed that are all configured correctly

how an organization prepares to combat specific threats and its resiliency in the face of attack

I don't know this yet.
