At minimum, the professional MS PPT presentation should cover each of the following topics: 1) the goals of the entry phase, 2) the consultant's preparation for an initial meeting with a client, 3) the client's preparation for an initial meeting with a consultant, 4) the client expectation during entry meetings, 5) the consultant-client arcangements resulting from an initial meeting, 6) the preliminary problem diagnosis (scope, objectives, timelines, resources), 7) the terms of reference prepared by the client, 8) the preliminary problem diagnosis formulated by the consultant, and 10) the proposal to the client and its formal presentation during a meeting
