At Special Plastic Sdn Bhd$.,$ small plastic parts used to connect hoses are produced. During

inspection, a random sample of $600$ is taken once an hour. The sample are visually inspected

for a variety of nonconformities, inlcluding flashing on inner diameters, burrs on the part,

incomplete threads, incorrect plastic compound and discolorations. Table Q$3$ shows the

number of noncomformities that each subgroup.
