At the moment there are only three projects which are: renovation of the squash court which will cost R$24500,$ building braai facilities which will cost R$6000$ and erecting undercover packing for staff members which will cost R$34800$

The projects have to be measured according to the following criteria: skills, budget, and time. It has been found out that the renovation of the squash court will take longer, followed by parking area and braai facilities respectively. The Military Academy will have more skills on building braai facilities, followed by renovation of the squash court and parking area respectively. The weights are allocated to the criteria as follows: Budget, $50\%,$ Skills $25\%$ and

Time $25\%$
