Based on your background in reliability engineering, your new boss has asked you to recommend which machine they should purchase based upon the data they have gathered on the two systems. MakeitQuick: Has automatic fault detection Constant failure rate with MTBF is 10,000 hrs Repair rate is 2.1x10-3

TechPro: Periodic inspection is required after the machine is operated for 2000 hrs. Constant failure rate with MTBF of 11,000 hrs. Average periodic inspection is 10 hrs. Repairs are required, on average, once every 10 inspections. Average repair time is 12 hrs.
