A 10-mile trip undertaken during the wrong time of the day could take more than an hour. The CEO was unhappy about this and asked that you resolve the problem.Provide a solution for the flight manager to give to his CEO. Explain your solution fully with both advantages and disadvantages.

3. Describe the major components of a Safety Management System. Then choose one of the major components and identify its sub-classifications and provide examples of each of the sub-classifications as applicable to a corporate aviation department that owns and operates corporate aircraft.

4. Assume that you are the owner of a small business and just purchased a light twin-engine aircraft and have the appropriate pilot certificate to fly it yourself for business.Since you did not think of aircraft maintenance at the time of the purchase, you now have to resolve the maintenance issue and are looking at prospective vendors. Provide four (4) questions that you would ask the vendors and explain why you would ask each of these questions.

5. Compare and contrast two available options for a medium sized flight department to provide aircraft maintenance to its two turbo-prop King Air aircraft. This question is worth eleven (11) points so please be thorough. Consider the pros and cons of each method.
