AWS, CFT Please create a CloudFormation template that will deploy the following:

A new VPC

o Create 4 total subnets (2 public, 2 private) and use a /22 with the following network: 10.10.0.0

Spin up 2x ECS Linux container using FarGate

o Use Apache and/or nginx to display any webpage to show its working

Create a load balancer

o Add a health check

Add auto scaling to scale to a 3rd server after 40% utilization, max # of 5.

Configure Security groups and/or NACL

o Allow only the a specific IP 38.14.200.202 + your own for testing purposes.

Create a deployment account with enough access to create and run said services (No full access)
