b$)$ ABC oil refinery extracts petrol from two types of methane $[$Oct $87$ and Oct $92($premium$)]$ petrol from an oil reservoir. These menthanes are also called black gold and they are stored in oil barrels. Each barrel can hold up to $158$ litres. The cost of Oct $87$ and Oct $92$ barrels are Rs$.16,418\mathrm{.}34$ and Rs$.17,203\mathrm{.}80$ respectively. It is assumed that the barrels can be shipped with a lower specification limit of $5$ litres. The out of specification barrels are discarded, resulting in a loss of Rs$.19,500$ per barrel. Therefore, the quality department checks eight barrels a day for each type of methane to make sure the oil is shipped correctly $($see Table below$).$ The annual production rate is $19,000$ barrels per day.
