B2B2C: How do I go about creating a customer intelligence team as a engineering company who's customers are other corporations like Apple, BMW, etc. (our company makes parts of a product). How do I combine both customer intelligence and sales and marketing team? So the sales team benefits and it enhances their performance and the work is productive and efficient? What are the business strategies, scenarios and framework? What should I look into the corporations any ideas (ex. their annual reports, datas? what kind of data I need?)? Simple Ex: BMW wants to manufacture EV vehicles but our company creates different engines that BMW won't buy it.
