Program Monitoring and Evaluation Assignment

There are a number of identified frameworks in monitoring and evaluation that help explain how theory can inform the development of successful programs.

As a Project Manager, select a program from an organization of your choice, that you would like to plan for;

Use the following as guidance:

1. Description of the program including target population and main components of the program (one page) (14 Marks)
2. Developing a Logic Model Using the basic logic model template to develop a 1-page logical framework for your program plan. Utilize your goal and objectives to guide and align with the logic model. (20 marks)
3. Formulate a goal of the intervention or program (6 marks )
4. Formulate two (2 ) objectives of the intervention ( 6 Marks)
5. Develop three (3) Process Indicators for the intervention ( 6 Marks)
6. Develop two (2) Outcome Indicators for the intervention ( 6 Marks)
7. Formulate one (1) Impact Indicator ( 2 Marks)
