Back $2015$ a county office upgraded all PCs in their network.$$ The old PC$$s had Pentium processors, $10$Meg Nics, $1$ Gig Hard Drives, and a $3\mathrm{.}5-$inch floppy disk. The new PC$$s have Intel Core i$5$ processors, Gigabit Nics, $2$ Terabyte SSDs$,$ and DVD RW drives. Months after the upgrade was completed Network bandwidth was near capacity.$$ After investigation it was discovered that several users were downloading music from BitTorrent, Limewire, Ares and AresWarez, Kazaa, Azureus, DC$++$ and Morpheus. This music was then being burned to CD$$s and given or sold to other employees.$$

The employees responsible were told to discontinue the behavior.$$ By and large, these employees disregarded the verbal warning and continued to download and burn music.$$

One employee was terminated and the others had their Internet access cut$-$off temporarily. The employee who was fired filed a harassment claim and was awarded a tidy sum and was re$-$instated.
