Background: A human resources $($HR$)$ department in a software development company is interested in understanding the impact of a new time management training program on employee efficiency. They believe that the training program may lead to improved efficiency compared to the pre$-$training efficiency. To investigate this, the HR department collected data on the number of tasks completed per week by employees before and after completing the training program.

Objective: The objective of this case study is to determine if there is a significant difference in employee efficiency before and after the time management training program using a t$-$test for dependent samples.
