Background and Objectives

South Florida has been experiencing a tech-boom over the last couple of years and, as such, has been attracting a number of big name and top technology companies that have been steadily relocating large parts of their corporate offices and operations to the Miami area. Naturally, with corporate offices come corporate executives who must travel in and out of Miami for business reasons and purposes. To ease and facilitate their frequent travel, the City of Doral has built and opened up an executive airport to cater to the needs of the frequent and high-flying execs. And just the same as other major airports, Doral Executive Airport seeks to expedite the traveler check-in process through the implementation and use of kiosk machines. Doral Executive Airport has launched a project to procure, install, and implement 10 kiosk machines and also train its employees on how to give tutorials and assist the users when needed. Before the kiosk machines can be deployed, each kiosk must have Windows 10 installed (which involves several steps).
