You are currently working at an event management fifirm. You have been assigned to a new client who is having a

destination event with an international guest list. You have been tasked with managing their guest list throughout

the planning process of their event. Additionally, an intern will start working with you approximately 1 month before

the event begins and must be onboarded to your project quickly as well as the client will be asking you questions

about the summary of their event throughout the planning process. The start date of your event is May 21st, 2020

with the main event being May 23rd, 2020 and guest departure being on May 24th, 2020.

Your guest list manager must have the following capabilities:

1. Data dictionary.

2. Merge all datasets into a master guest list.

3. Create a dashboard, write formulas that enable you to:

a. Track RSVPs of your guests.

b. Track arrival and departure information of your guests.

c. Track gifts from your guests.

4. Add a new feature that you believe is crucial to the successful completion of your event. Impute the data

and be sure to include as part of your dashboard and analysis.

5. Create at least four visualizations of your data.

Document

Provide answers to the following questions.

1. Readme documentation.

2. Total guests on the guest list

3. How many have missing addresses for invitations.

4. How many have missing emails AND phone, email OR phone for contact information

5. How many are attending, not attending, have not RSVP'ed.

a. Am I able to contact the ones who have not RSVP'ed? Can I use their email, phone or both?

6. How many guests are staying for 1, 2, 3 or all days?

a. What is the average stay of the guests?

7. How many guests provided a gift?

a. Answer the following for all guests, attending guests and not attending guests.

i. What is the average gift?ii. What is the range of gifts?

iii. What is the variance of gifts?
