Background You have been hired as the training and development manager for an organization. You are responsible for creating a new training program for your company. Using the knowledge you have gained throughout this course, develop a training program using the Training Design Process or ADDIE model. Please ensure you watch the corresponding video for the Final Project. This will go through the assignment in detail and assist you in submitting a successful project! Those who follow the instructions will do well on this assignment. Often, there are students who forgo reading or following directions for assignments. This always baffles me. In this course, a student who follows that instructions is almost guaranteed a \"good\" grade. Watching the video and following the instructions will ensure you do well on the project. Assignment There are three parts to this assignment. Part 1 of the Final Project The proposal should have the following information: 1. The type of organization (software company, manufacturing, hospitality, healthcare etc) 2. The training program - what is that you will be training 3. The training model - which process you will utilize (ISD or ADDIE) If you want to change your project after submission, that is fine. This part of the assignment is for you to start thinking about what your project will encompass. If after you start working on your project, you realize that another company or type of program would be more conducive to the requirements, feel free to make those changes. This section of the assignment is worth 50 points and will be submitted via the assignment link below. Each numbered section about should clearly explain your project proposal in full and complete sentences. Please ensure you watch the video as that will fully explain the expectations, especially when it comes to the training design. Part 2 of the Final Project The second part of this assignment is an outline. One easy way to accomplish this is to simply utilize the steps in the process (Steps 1 - 7 or \\( 1-5 \\) for ADDIE, etc) and list under each step what your plans will be. This is due no later than 11/7/2020. Part 3 of the Final Project The third part of this assignment is the actual (design start to finish). The paper will write itself if you completed the first two steps and learned the material in the chapters that pertained to the steps listed in the training design process. This is a formal paper, therefore your name, date, title, etc. must be at the top - The project must be submitted in a Word document or other rtf. type file - Professional font only, double spaced, no small/large fonts - Work must be error free - Appropriate citations must occur (APA, MLA, etc) - Regardless of design, you must include an overview or an introduction and conclusion - If you are using a specific training design process that has a name, like the ADDIE model etc., please identify the design in the intro - The required length is between 4 and 5 pages. Some projects have been as long as 8 - 10 pages in length. This does not include cover pages and references
