To overcome these stress leaders must develop advance strategy within the organization even by observing their team member moves leader can easily understand team member requirement, preferences and they can also set award ceremony, so they can celebrate their success by this team member also motivated toward the work and completion of goal.

As per the google search, micromanaging is a behavior of a manager by over supervising and control over the employee work, not only this by also giving the less task to perform and control in decision-making process.
Micromanagement is a setup which is set by the leader where only leader command the whole team, where trust is less, and team member cant show their creativity by this whole working environment is toxic and it harmful for whole organizational output (Gandolfi & Stone, 2022). By this description we have already gain some ideas regarding the micromanaging and how its hamper the organization and effect the working environment. Furthermore, how to get rid from the micromanaging system? To prevent from this micromanaging system leaders should focus on different criteria like build the trust among the coworker and team member, establish open discussion strategy, Set the proper guidance among the team member (Hoch, Kozlowski, & Keller, 2014).

The employee and team member who are under micromanaged system, they arent open with any work and their creativity which result lower job satisfaction with high stress. By this style most of the employee quit their job with their morality (Tepper,2000).
We all know that, micromanaging may result reducing the output and the performance of employee. When the employee isnt trust by their manager or leader then the employee become demotivated and less focus on their work. When the employee push by their manager to show their creativity and trust in their decision making then they are motivated, and output can be easily achieved (Gagn and Deci, 2005)
Personal Experience
In my personal experience, When I first entered in the professional world, I had to a micromanager. Who made all the decision of everything and expected to be followed by everyone of branch, even they were sometimes wrong also. This situation made me to quit my job. However, one of my college encourage me by saying that this manager would soon be transfer to another branch and a friendly manager who appreciate our work will replace him. After few months later same, this happen the micromanager get the transferred and the new manager was indeed friendly and supportive. He appreciated our effort and motivated us. With his support I was promoted twice.
