Barbara leased a triplex from Dick Grayson. Barbara sublet one third of the triplex to her cousin Corra Grayson without Barbara's knowledge or permission. Corra was negligent while living in the triplex. She allowed the bath tub to overflow which caused substantial damaged. Upon discovering the situation, Barbara notified Dick Grayson that he was holding him responsible for any and all damages to Corra's portion of the triplex, and that Dick Grayson was going to be responsible for making the property like it was prior to him renting it.
