Open from 7:30am - 4pm, this fully licensed venue serves breakfast, lunch, coffee, and cake six (6) days a week. Located within the Footscray Community Art Centre's Creative precinct, it has a high level of foot traffic, the venue has operated with no mission other than to make a profit, have amazing customer service and keep their customers happy. A client of your team's sustainability firm is very interested in purchasing the business and has made an offer on the venue. Whilst waiting for settlement to occur, the client has engaged your sustainability firm's services to understand how they can transform this venue to become an exemplar of sustainable hospitality practices. Your team needs to develop a sustainability framework that is tailored specifically for the operation that covers sustainable business practice, looking at all elements of the triple bottom line and corporate social responsibility. As the client is new to adopting these ideas, a comprehensive report offering instructions and explanations on key terminology and sustainability procurement concepts is vital.
