Change Concepts that map to your project/application: The objective of my project is to enhance the HR recruiting process by reducing the time-to-hire through the implementation of automation. The time-to-hire metric is a crucial performance indicator in recruitment, reflecting the efficiency and speed of the hiring process. Prolonged time-to-hire can lead to the loss of top talent to competitors, increased recruitment costs, and delays in achieving business goals. Therefore, optimizing this process is vital for both HR teams and the broader organization. In this project, I aim to apply Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to identify and address bottlenecks and inefficiencies within the current hiring process. The use of AI technologies will play a pivotal role by automating repetitive tasks, improving candidate matching, and enhancing decision-making processes. Ultimately, the goal is to significantly reduce the overall time-to-hire, resulting in a more efficient and effective recruitment process
