Based off of the $2022$ Ford case: Traveling Two Roads.

Each student will analyze the above case and present its analysis by posting it to the D$2$L Assignment Folder. The case presentation, at the least, should include the following: $$ A clear statement of the company$$s situation $($i$.$e$.,$ the strategic problems it faces$)$ Interpretation and analysis of the situation, using appropriate theoretical concepts$/$frameworks $$ Identification and evaluation of viable options for solving each of the problems you identify $$ Your specific recommendations, consequences for long$-$term performance $$ Your takeaway lessons.
