Based on a clientpresentation, the force field analysisassessed the desired change to be "Introduce organizational change and strategic planning through structural implementation of mission statement, set values, and employee development programs using a top-down and bottom-up strategy." The according forces FOR the change are: understaffed, competitive market and no internal training program within the company.

Now what's missing are strategies to reinforce the supporting forces. Please help on strategies.
