Next, Benjamin also plan to organize monthly event that will attract local resident or tourist to learn about Penang's durian. At the same time, for a better management of the farm, John, Benjamin's cousin was appointed to supervise the operation of the farm with 80 workers. John's role is to schedule the daily task of these workers and to resolve any issues that arise while Benjamin will oversee the finance as well as the sales and marketing team.
