Based on the ACHIEVE model, there is no one particular factor that is more important than the other. They all work hand in hand to ensure the workplace is setup for success. This will save time, work stoppages, and allow for more training/skillsets to work together toward a common goal. Rewards can be extrinsic or intrinsic for people depending on their perspective.
