If the total for the ratings is $60$ or higher, then the application is marked as "Accepted by board" and moves to the final steps. If the total for the ratings is below $60,$ the application is marked as "Application rejected" and the applicant receives a message indicating that their application has been rejected and is not moving forward.$$For the final steps, the applicant is sent the PBIBH membership contract. The applicant has $30$ days to reply to that message. If the applicant does not reply within the expected $30$ days or if the applicant replies saying the contract is declined, the application file is marked as "Application declined" and an "Application declined by applicant" confirmation is sent to the applicant, ending the process. If the applicant replies indicating that they accept the membership contract within the expected $30$ days, the application file is marked as "Application accepted and completed.
