Based on the lesson this week about the strategy that can be developed for personal growth. The strategy has five key parts, namely arena, vehicles, differentiation and economic value. Below is my personal growth and development.

Arena and differentiations.

I want to work as a manager in a company that will offer a stable remuneration, benefits, and comprehensive well-being. The capabilities I need are to devote myself towards my studies in business and gain more skills and knowledge to deliver to the company I work for. Organizations People who value this ability will succeed, have good leadership and creativity. The competence that I need to have to excel is to have a better understanding of business and how it works.

Personal vehicle.

Something that I need to accomplish is obtaining my degree at the University of the People and getting a better job, being a good communicator at work and also in the society will assist in the overall improvement of becoming a better person each day. Everybody needs people in their life and am not different. We need people to support each other mentally and emotionally. There are few people in my life that I consider everything for me. My family and friends. These are the people who motivate me greatly.

Strategy and pacing.

The sequence of events that need to happen is putting more effort into my studies to get my bachelor degree in business administration then get a good job, after gaining ample knowledge I will set up my own business. The financial requirements and effect of each event require saving money and time. They also depend on my ability and willingness to never give up. Deadline for the first event is at least four years. I will secure that time limit by being self-motivated and gaining it from others. (Carpenter, Bauer, Erdogan,2010).

Mission:To live my life with consideration with all people and use my skills and talents to make this world a better place .

Vision;To be CEO of my own company that provides all lighting solutions in my country and create more job opportunites for the youth.
