Based on the project assigned to your Group, prepare the two important part of the project

management plan as mentioned below

$1.$ Identify the list of Resources associate with your project such as experts,

equipment$$s$,$ materials $($you may list some in general$),$ etc.

$2.$ Prepare an RACI Matrix for your project based on the availability of Human

Resource.

$3.$ Identify certain approaches taken by the project team to ensure the delivery of

high$-$quality project
