VI. Salary & emolument: Owner/manager, Executive & 2 workers at RM102k per year

VII. Medical & claims at RM2,400 per year

VIII. Traveling claims at RM2,400 per year

IX. Sales & marketing at RM7,200 per year

X. Rental at RM48k per year

XI. Utilities at RM30k per year

XII. Equipment & machines loan payment to bank at RM14k per year

XIII. Tooling amortization at RM2,400 per year Based on these accounting figures above:

a) Calculate the cost per unit (CPU) of the said automated waste segregation machine. Report on the detail calculation.

b) Propose the profit margin and the machine selling price based on competitor selling prices of between RM7k to RM10k. Justify your answer.
