Hi Nahidul, We have our customer outage messaging gone out to customers saying that the interruption would start at 10am. Is step 1 of this switching starting at 10AM? If that is the case, the outage to customers will be delayed starting. If this is the case, I'll like to have step 14 on the switching order (Open BLA-01-R) moved up to the start of your switching order if possible to align with our scheduled outage
