Based on Week 5 class information (preference assessment) conduct a brief (role-play) preference assessment with the following guidelines:

• Select a subject (it could be a child and/or adult, family member or close friend)
• Revise background information, reports, and conduct direct observation
• Organize your findings using the format listed below
• Generate a report

Your report should include the following components:

• Provide subject's demographic information (age, etc.)DO NOT share any Identifying Personal Information such as real name, date of birth.
• Identify the potentialsocial reinforcers of your subject (if any) and provide a short description in behavioral terms.
• Identify the potential edible reinforcersof your subject (if any) and provide a short description in behavioral terms.
• Identify the potentialtangible and activity reinforcersof your subject (if any) and provide a short description in behavioral terms.
