Based on your findings, the stakeholders want you to develop a set of recommendations for next steps in the evaluation process. This should include two components: $1)$ what additional information you want to collect $($e$.$g$.,$ an employee survey, other performance metrics, etc.$)$ and $2)$ why that information should be collected. Be as concrete and specific as possible. If you indicate you would like to conduct an employee survey, list out the specific questions $($or at a minimum example of them$).$
