The extent of this Preliminary Investigation Report is to characterize both the present and future work process needs of the Department. Endless supply of the preliminary investigation, Patel Co. will give the Athletic Department with a nitty gritty investigation of all departmental exercises and suggestions for future improvements, both specialized and authoritative, for thought.

SYSTEM REQUEST SUMMARY:

The Athletic Department tracks the accompanying data: scholarly qualification and factual data speaking to both group and person achievements. The department can gather practical information. All team statistics data will going to store in main department of athletic, and going to store in main data base. For new Athletic Department they having new packages they will advertising in public. While advertising for financial gain, competitor enlisting, or even budgetary hearings. Throughout the academic college year, the college Athletic Department will required qualification checks to students who performed athletes competition. While going all this year college will store all data Student Information system that college created for students and all that data going to store in main data base of college.

RECOMMENDATIONS:

The method that college created by Athletic Department for collecting data and watching students qualifications is not capable for fulfilling the necessities that the Department has this days. Based on Investigation the information I collected from this college needs to enroll more students and they should advertised more, so students can see the Athletic Department plus if college will enroll more students they will store more data in student information system. They also have manual tracking and organization of Athletic Department data. They also transfer college data between the student information system and the athletic department.

EXPECTED BENEFITS:

The Preliminary Investigation performed by PatelCo. includes recognized regions inside the Athletic Department's students data accumulation system that ought to be focused for

To setup organization Athletic Department college need six months and they need finance from government or from other college. To make an estimate I recommend to go with other college so they can get idea for estimates. In my opinion, I really like to make this report because I am getting experience to make Preliminary investigation report.
