I would like to suggest the following specific task, but you may choose one other task or problem of your choice: Your day starts and you are going to Work or School. Start from beginning of getting ready, doing all it is needed before leaving home, leaving home, commuting (please consider different mode to commuting like car, metro, bus, train...), arriving at office, or school, going through all you need to do, ending your day, coming back to Your house! I suggest consider end-to-end from home-to-home, then cover ALL in between.
