Description: Peptides are made up of amino acids, each containing a sequence of amino acids which causes it to form a specific structure. These structures are often bound in different forms. For example, Beta Sheets, a peptide secondary structure, can be broken down into two major categories, Parallel and Antiparallel. Each structure has unique hydrogen bonding interactions that differ by the angle of which they are able to interact $($see fig. $4\mathrm{.}16$ for example$).$

Instructions: Part $1$: Using pen and paper, indicate the amino acid sequence in part one and draw the peptide. Part $2$: For the following structures draw, using dashed lines, the hydrogen bonds that occur between the carbonyl oxygens and amines for the parallel and antiparallel sheets. Indicate which type of sheet it is by underlining it$.$
