(no need for individual) Be prepared by having read all the learning materials for the week In every meeting, do your best to learn something and teach something. (no need for individual) When you hear something, you do not agree with, pause before responding and consider why did the comment upset or offended you. (no need for individual) Always participate having the best interest of all members of the group in mind. (no need for individual) When you speak, remind everyone that you speak for yourself and from you own personal experiences.
