In your groups, select a company of your choice and analyze the companys practices in the undermentioned areas, identify the issues and problems in each area, and write a report covering:

a) A brief overview of the company, its vision, mission and values, products, location, organizational objectives, culture, and diversity.

b) The challenges the company is facing due to globalization, the changing market (including Covid19, Microchips shortage, etc.) and technology.

c) The impact of Covid-19 on jobs in the company, employee motivation, engagement, productivity, performance, work-life balance, job satisfaction and organizational citizenship

d) The effectiveness of teams in the company and how cohesive they are.

e) The current methods of communication, any barriers in communication, conflict management, organizational politics and leadership skills

f) Recommendations for improvement in each of the above areas, applying the learnings, concepts, processes and practices taught in the course specifically to the company (This slide is must)
