Before beginning designing we frame our design challenge so there we can create focus while still leaving room for creative exploration. So for example in one project we worked on the problem we were trying to solve was reducing unintended teen pregnancy in Zambia. The next thing we did was frame that as a design question um so it's how might we reduce unintended teen pregnancy in Zambia. And then we described the impact we wanted to have. To increase Zambian teen's access to trusted reproductive health information and services. From there we wanted to test the original question and see if we come up with several possible solutions we took the time to think about the context and constraints that might be surrounding that original question and then we looked at everything and decided that we needed to reframe the question so here we went and we said we did get closer and if we said how might we design a teen$-$friendly approach to contraceptive information and services in urban Zambian. This initial framing and reframing helped us identify what we really wanted$$to$$solve$.$
