Before going to the court I will do a few steps because the court will be my very last solution and will not be recommended until I give up either as a seller or buyer.
The steps I will go with are:
Negotiation: The first step is usually to try and negotiate with the other party. This can be done informally or with the help of professionals. The goal is to reach a mutually acceptable resolution.
Let a third party be involved to communicate and negotiate with each other. This is often a more efficient and costeffective way to resolve disputes than going to court.
If the open communication does not help to solve the disagreement, then I will start to take legal action by going to court.
Comparing my thoughts to the first discussion, they are almost the same because going to court should always be an absolute last choice and there are alternative ways to move on Going directly to court may be problematic for the parties involved since it can be expensive, timeconsuming, and harmful to their relationship with one another. Before pursuing legal action, it is necessary to do a neutral analysis of the case and investigate all of the available options
