In our opening discussion you noted someone you admire that hashad great leadership qualities, so you may want to start creating your definition by analyzing what characteristics that person demonstrated. After reviewing your notes on all the aspects related to leadership addressed thus far please use the template to develop your personal working definition of leadership.
As cited in our text, Rost noted that there are over definitions of leadership across academic literature. We have addressed several components of leadership, and there are a variety of terms used to refer to particular leadership styles. Now you will review these and build a personal working definition of leadership.
