Before starting this course, I had never heard the term "Intrapreneurship". This term resonated with me because that is what I would consider myself. Learning more about what an Intrapreneur is and what they do for an organization has made me realize how important they are. Organizations should be encouraging Intrapreneurship. Intrapreneurship brings both benefits to the employee and the organization. An employee will be given freedom, a chance for growth, and ownership. The organization will in turn receive protentional business growth, innovation and financial wise. It can lead to more efficient processes, new products, and higher retention.

It is important for companies to have programs to spot those intrapreneurs and grow them. When you find individuals within an organization that genuinely care about the wellbeing of an organization, it is important to give them the tools they need to thrive. By fostering an organizational culture of entrepreneurship, you will find intrapreneurs. Encouraging intrapreneurship in the workforce should be a no$-$brainer.
