It is important for companies to have programs to spot those intrapreneurs and grow them. When you find individuals within an organization that genuinely care about the wellbeing of an organization, it is important to give them the tools they need to thrive. By fostering an organizational culture of entrepreneurship, you will find intrapreneurs. Encouraging intrapreneurship in the workforce should be a no-brainer.
