Begin by considering the categories in each layer. Provide a sentence summary of how you identify within each layer. How would you describe your personality? The internal dimensions contribute to your ideas about diversity. The external dimensions that contribute to your ideas about diversity? How does your current job or community help shape your understanding or organizational dimensions of diversity?

Once you have examined each of the four layers, identify areas where you might experience or hold bias.
