Begin by researching Enterprise Risk Management and identify an article that you think provides insights on the process and how it creates value for the organization. Be careful to select an actual article in a publication, not just a blog or web post. Note several resources may be needed to get a full understanding of the enterprise risk management concepts however only 1 enterprise risk management article should be selected. The resources provided in the weekly materials should also be used.

Post should be approximately 500 words and include in-text citations and a reference list.

"Review" the article by providing the following:

1. a brief overview of the content, include the processes and value associated with the organization related to enterprise risk management

2. describe the steps taken by the organization to develop or enhance enterprise risk management

3. describe the challenges faced by the organization in developing or enhancing enterprise risk management
