Behavior Intervention Plan For this assignment, you are a Board-Certified > Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA). You are working under the supervision of a Board- certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and your supervisor recently assigned you two cases and would like you to design a behavior intervention plan (BIP) for each. They would like you to follow the \"technological\" dimension of ABA (should be written in a way where it describes all of the components clearly and detailed enough for anyone else to replicate it) and write these behavior plans in the format of a \"training manual\" that you will then use to train RBTs on these plans. Begin by reviewing the scenarios below. Scenario 1 Joey is four years old. He lives with his parents in a middle-class neighborhood. Joey's parents are both teachers at the local elementary and junior high schools, and education is very important to them. Joey is an energetic little boy! He loves to climb up onto the big, oversized armchair and jump as if he is on a trampoline. In fact, he often jumps from chair to couch and back to the chair again over and over until he has worked up a sweat. Joey's mother and father have been trying to prepare him for kindergarten by teaching him his numbers and the alphabet, but he will not cooperate. Every time they try to sit him down at the table to work, he refuses to answer any of their questions. His mother will hold up a card with a letter on it and ask, \"What is this letter, Joey?\" But, he just runs to the chair and begins to jump. The same thing happens when his father tries to work with him on his numbers and shapes. The family is worried that he will be totally unprepared for kindergarten. Assignment Directions Based on the scenarios, you will write a 4- to 5- page informative training manual that addresses all of the following: Using your own words, summarize each case study. Provide a brief overview of the results of your FBA for each case that includes the identification and operational definition of the target behavior and the hypothesized function of the behavior with the support of the three-term contingency model. What is the proposed antecedent-based BIP for Scenario 1? 0 Provide a rationale for your response. 0 Explain the steps in this plan. What is the proposed differential reinforcement BIP for Scenario 2? 0 Provide a rationale for your response. 0 Explain the steps in this plan. Your current clinic is located in Dearborn, Michigan which is home to the largest Arab American community in the U.S. Ramadan is coming up and many of your clients and RBTs will be celebrating and participating in various traditional practices. Title the final page of your manual \"Incorporating and Addressing Diversity\" and discuss codes 1.07 and 4.07. Provide steps the center can take to incorporate and address diversity related to both the clients and behavior technicians (supervisees)
