You're beginning to be concerned that the marketing for your store or the location has started alienating customers $($or that a local competitor is doing a better job reaching your customers$).$ However, you know that it will take a lot of time and research to discover the cause of this loss of traffic. You have a one$-$on$-$one meeting with your supervisor in a few weeks, and you think if you make a good enough presentation, you can get the go ahead for this lengthy research project.

Your task is to develop a PowerPoint presentation discussing the impact demographics, psychographics, geographic, and behaviouristics have on customer behaviour, as well as the influence your target customer's behaviour has on a sustainable competitive market strategy. Display who your target customer is$,$ why, and how you know. The whole idea is to "show what you know."
