Belbin's Team Roles are a framework that identifies nine different roles that team members can play in order to contribute to the effectiveness of a team. These roles are: Teamworker Plant Monitor Critic Mentor Coordinator Resource Investigator Team Manager Each role has a specific set of characteristics and responsibilities that are designed to contribute to the overall success of the team. In this assignment, I will identify which roles I believe I play in our group project and explain why those roles play to my strengths.
