believe as a manager, defining the technical plan and the process, after taking the consideration of the vision statement in the mission statement to have the framework of what the company is about and what it is not.. then, we are ready to move forward and discuss the technical planning, which is the next level of ideas of the company goals are and how to implement them. My definition of an operational plan and the strategic process.

I believe the operational plan lays out the structure for the ground level of action from each person that is employed for the company and using the technical idea and plans to move forward to bring the vision to pass. In other words it$$ll be the daily duties of the employees in the operational plan the day$-$to$-$day activities to perform daily task that will generate revenue.
