Highlights, Accomplishments, Challenges & Setbacks My experience has taught me that dealing with difficult customers who are dissatisfied with the services provided by the hotel is one of the challe nges I face. In spite of this, I have been able to successfully resolve these complaints by working closely with the customer and providing them with a solution that is tailored to meet their requirements. My time spent working at the hotel has been very enjoyable for the most part, and I've picked up a lot of useful skills that will be of assistance to me in my future professional endeavors. In this regard, my primary focus has been on ensuring that operations in each department are running efficiently and that all guests are content with their accommodations. I also held weekly meetings with all of the employees, during which we discussed any problems or concerns they may have h ad. Overall, it was a productive week that did not include any significant obstacles or road blocks.
