Below is what I wrote for my Thesis statement;

The Karpman Drama Triangle is a technique for assisting people and groups in identifying and resolving conflict. It is a three-person paradigm that outlines the three roles that individuals often play in a conflict situation: Victim, Persecutor, and Rescuer. Individuals can use a Conflict as a tool to help them move from an unproductive dynamic to a more productive one by understanding and recognizing the roles that each party plays in it.

I need some help in expanding this thesis statement on the topic of Conflict Management providing, appropriate academic citations
