Benchmark - Personal and Professional Growth Plan When looking at servant leadership, it is important to look at the role of a leader. "Servant leadership stresses the importance of the role a leader plays as the steward of the resources of the group and teaches leaders to serve others while still achieving the goals set forth by the business (Huff, 2018)." A servant leader places others' needs before their own but also looks out for the needs of all stakeholders. This paper will look at how I will lead with kindness and compassion while upholding obligation to justice and advocating for the good of all stakeholders within the campus community.
