BENEFITS REALIZATION MAP ASSIGNMENT INSTRUCTIONS You will produce a flow chart or Venn diagram (or other type of visual) in Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, or Microsoft Sway (or a combination of these) which will outline: The identification of benefits o How will you define and create organizational understanding of these concepts? Execution of benefits o How will you mitigate the risks of not attaining these benefits? o What project activities will you conduct that will maximize the organizations ability to attain said benefits? Sustainment of benefits o What process/operationalization concepts will you foster? o How will these processes ensure that value delivery continues after the project concludes? The product should be no more than 2 pages in length.
